1. Thread breakage of Sewing Machine
Check if the needle is bent, blunted or installed incorrectly, and replace it with a new needle in time.
Adjust the tension of the upper and lower threads to ensure that the thread matches the fabric (thick threads are required for thick fabrics).
Clean the thread hair around the needle eye and shuttle bed to avoid blockage.
2. Skipped stitches or uneven stitches
Confirm that the needle plate has no burrs or wear, and polish it with an oilstone if necessary.
Check the distance between the needle bar and the needle plate, and adjust the presser foot pressure to adapt to different fabric thicknesses.
If the shuttle is worn or misaligned, it needs to be recalibrated or replaced.
3. Abnormal feeding
Adjust the height of the feed dog to ensure that it matches the fabric thickness (thick fabrics are raised)
